brilliant company who look after their customers. Sales girls on the telephones are very helpful and have great product knowledge. I have used sinks-taps twice and on both occasions they have been no problems. All my products were carefully inspected and double boxed for transit. This has to be customer service at its best. Really pleased. Ordered a tap on a Friday and received an e-mail on the Monday to confirm the item had been dispatched and would be with me within 48 hours. It then arrived within 24 hours!

Haven't needed to contact Customer Care as there have been absolutely no problems with the order and the tap was in perfect condition when delivered. Read Full Review »

Excellent service so far.

Thank you. we have received the replacement sink, we are totally satisfied with the quality, speedy delivery (twice) and super customer service. (please note the first/original sink was not faulty) It was our error, we had made a mistake with the measurements.
