I bought my machine 3yrs ago. It never worked well and when I recently took it for a minor repair I was told it was basically useless as the gears were not functioning properly,this company has been de-registered by the sewing machine trade assoc. Many customers of the company I took it to for repair have been equally disappointed. Read Full Review »

Be very careful before parting with

Be very careful before parting with money with Coopers Sewing Machines. I attempted to buy a dressform here. Double checked online & by phone the item was in stock and was ready for collection or delivery, and less than 24hrs later after assuring me they had one aside for me I was rudely and abruptly told they had sold out, when I went to the shop to collect.
