I ordered items on Tuesday with Next Day Delivery. Friday and still nothing here, they are refusing to give a refund even though their policy is if you dont get it next day it's free. The little useless chinese woman I spoke to on the phone was utterly awful. I'm really surprised at the comments on here being so negative. I've been buying from this company for around two years with no problems at all - the products I've ordered have all been excellent value and quality, and delivery lightning fast. The worst online trader by far. These people should not be allowed to trade. I paid for recorded delivery but for days they wouldn't give me a tracking number. When they did, I discovered that they'd delivered to someone else. I sent several emails telling them about this but three days later.............Nothing!

I bought a flash drive that did not work. Sent it back and nothing heard for months despite my letters and messages. On line customer support is not so bad if they dealt with issues properly. Quick to take money, taking forever to test faulty goods. I recommend any other store and, for those who got ripped off, let's unite for legal action! I am a guy who spends 3 hours before buying something online. This was the first and i hope it will also be the last where i felt so stupid about using this online shop called UKDVDR.
