i ordered sony camcorder from this store. i did get this in 1 weeks time but i was sent a used camera probably a return. it had signs of wear on it, box and seal were broken, time and date was already set on the camera. Although i did get my money back but after paying £799 one does not expect a used item to be sent. BE CAREFUL WHILE ORDERING WITH THIS STORE. Read Full Review »
Purely Gadgets is a company I will never use again. I ordered a Nikon rechargeable battery from them. They sent me a £300+ digital waterproof camera by mistake. Do not use this store. Their aftersales service is appalling. I bought a Sony Camera. I found that the battery charger power cable was missing and immediately E mailed the company requesting urgent action as I could not use the camera. They ignored my E mail. Returned it, told i will get the new one in 2 days, 3 days later i call them, no in stock. They then refund the money to me without my authorisation. Ordered camera on 7 April. It is now the 29 April, and I have finally cancelled it. Whether or not I will receive a refund is anyones guess.

Ordered a camera from this store as the price was very competitive. They sent me an email saying that the goods would be delivered within 5 working days or sooner. Goods did not turn up and when I contacted them they said that they were out of stock, in the meantime they had debited my credit card for the order amount of over £500. I have called customer services four times and they keep telling me it's with the courier.
