    Absolutely appauling service. Delivery times were between 7am and 7pm meaning you have to wait in all day. I waited on hold for almost an hour before I could order. The dishwasher I wanted was only available after 10 days.     This company is shocking and should be avoided like the plague. We ordered over £9k worth of appliances from them, and were told in writing that there were no problems delivering all of them within 5-10 days.

    Needless to say, not a single one was delivered when they said it would be, causing us untold problems with a fitted kitchen that required many of them.

    I cannot fault this supplier. I ordered a Whirlpool built-in fridge from them. They were best on price. They delivered in 7 days, which was well within the 7 - 14 day period shown on their website. They rang to agree a delivery time and stuck to it. The whole process was straightforward and efficient.

    Goods were advertised as 'in stock'. After 2 weeks nothing arrived and I was advised that an order had been placed on the supplier. I cancelled order and requested refund. They would not credit my card as it had been reissued by the issuer. Offered cheque refund.     Excellent website and easy to order from. Order delivered with 3 days and within delivery slot specified. I subsequently found the oven I had ordered was in fact the wrong model. I phoned customer service and they were excellent, in fact I'd say the best CS team I've dealt with for ages.     They quickly debited my card. I gave them nearly 2 weeks to deliver but on the delivery date the goods didn't turn up.
    I called Kitchen Science up and they just gave me the courier number so that I could chase the delivery up myself. The courier company had no record of the delivery and on calling Kitchen Science back I discovered they hadn't even placed the order.

    Bought a oven from Kitchen Science and it was delivered within 10 days ok. However oven was faulty phoned on the day it was delivered to be told to contact Whirlpool and sort it out with them. Initially phoned Whirlpool but they did not help, phoned back Kitchen Science and asked them to sort it out, no response after 6 days, and many phone calls.     The website was easy to order from then on it went horribly wrong. They charged my credit card immediately but then gave me a delivery date 13 days later (not 10 days as web site suggested.
