    Beware this store! Having waited in all day for delivery of my order, I contacted customer services to see why it hadn't happened. They had failed to pass my order to their courier and said someone in their 'issues' department would get back to me.     I would not recommend these guys. They use a third-party logistics organisation called Express Logistics and orders are transmitted between the two organisations periodically. It seems that this link is temperamental and causes many failed deliveries.     First order was placed on 11/8/08. Damaged goods, not properly packaged were delivered on 20/8/08. Delivery men were apologetic and suggested that I keep the goods and that the company might offer me a discount!!!!!     Absolutely appauling service. Delivery times were between 7am and 7pm meaning you have to wait in all day. I waited on hold for almost an hour before I could order. The dishwasher I wanted was only available after 10 days.     This company is shocking and should be avoided like the plague. We ordered over £9k worth of appliances from them, and were told in writing that there were no problems delivering all of them within 5-10 days.

    Needless to say, not a single one was delivered when they said it would be, causing us untold problems with a fitted kitchen that required many of them.

    I cannot fault this supplier. I ordered a Whirlpool built-in fridge from them. They were best on price. They delivered in 7 days, which was well within the 7 - 14 day period shown on their website. They rang to agree a delivery time and stuck to it. The whole process was straightforward and efficient.
