Printerland have been fantastic from start to finish. I wanted to buy an A3 Colour Printer for around £2k - they sent me samples which arrived next day. I used printerland for the first time to buy MFC Printer for my small business they had been very helpful always prompt reply over the phone or email above all I find them very helpful.

I placed the order at about 13:00 and printer was delivered next day before I left for work at 8:30.

im looking for another laser printer to replace my dead xerox docuprint c55 and they are bending over backwards to help me find one, the first leaflet they sent didn't realy match what i was looking for so on the follow up cal i explaind and they are now going to send me details of further laser printers to have a look at.

I do not run a business and I’m not buying a printer for a business, the personnel at printerland new this and still treated me as a valid potential customer. It has been my experience that companies do not take people like me seriously as I am not a business. I have just ordered my Oki 5900dn from Printerland.
I dealt with a lady called Shirley Moore, (name posted with permission) she was extremely helpful. I asked for sample prints on card I supplied, nothing seemed too much trouble.
I have not ticked the delivery box as the printer is not being delivered until tomorrow but I am confident it will arrive on time.

ordered xerox 6180 which was 149.00 i couldnt find it cheaper and printerland had free delivery
