The password they sent me for access to my online account did not work.

I ordered on a Thursday, but did not receive my order until the following Tuesday even though it was in stock.

When I rang to check the progress of my order, the woman who answered did not announce the company name. Her manner on the phone was unprofessional, she fumbled through her words and there were long unexplained sile... Read Full Review »

Having researched both High Street and

Having researched both High Street and online retailers. I came across MaxSave.co.uk prices seemed great. Having placed the order on behalf of a family member (not keen on Online Shopping).

I am still waiting for cartridges, here is what I thought:

1) Delivery: Standard 5-7 working days - it has now been over that time, no goods yet
