This was my first order with Wetsuit Outlet and I was delighted with all aspects of their service. I needed Palm Kayak Bars and they had the best price on the web. A quick phone call confirmed that they would, indeed, fit my aerobars and they were in stock. Online ordering was a doddle and, although I selected 'Free Delivery - 3/4 working days' they were delivered next day.

Terrible.

I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional, disorganised, useless company before.

Sent me the wrong suit. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund.

I took me 6 phone calls to find out what was going on. 6!!!!!!!

I ordered my wetsuit, all seemed well.

I ordered my wetsuit, all seemed well. Five days later, nothing had arrived so I sent an email - no reply.

Sent another email - nothing.

CALL No. 1 - was told I'd be called back in 5 minutes - 3 hours later, nothing.

CALL No.2 - again told I'd be called back, 2 hours later - nothing.

CALL No. 3 - was told I'd be called back in 5 minutes max - 1 hour later, NOTHING!!
