John Lewis online delivery and service are brilliant. I've had loads of stuff delivered leading up to Xmas. Always delivered on time. I also ordered an ipod shuffle. Later that week the website had same item but with free speakers. I rang and told them. They arranged for the original to be returned and a new one with speakers to be delivered to me. Worst online shopping experience or shopping experience period! I ordered the tv in November with a named delivery date of 22 December. Not only did John Lewis fail to deliver on time after I had called twice that week to make sure that the delivery would be made on time but they apologized and assured me it would be delivered on the 24th. I managed to get a Wii from John Lewis in good time for Christmas. I went through the checkout without applying a £20 off voucher that I had received by email, simply because I wanted to complete the checkout before they sold out. I then phoned John Lewis customer services and they agreed to deduct the £20 (in fact they refunded it to my card BEFORE I had been charged for the actual Wii).
