Ordered a barbecue and asked them to contact me to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.

No one tried to contact me so enquired after a couple of weeks and company insisted they had tried to deliver it 3 times. Organised a specific date and waited home all day for promised delivery but nothing was delivered.
