Shocking. I agree with all the bad comments. The ordering process is simple and the sales team answer calls. But once they have taken your money that is it, after sales is non-existent. Utterly awful! After returning a pushchair which had been wrongly advertised four months ago I am still waiting for a refund. These jokers do not answer their 'after sales care' line and do not reply to emails. Dont go anywhere near the place if you want good customer service. Do not use this store. They take your money as soon as you place an order and then do not deliver until you keep chasing them. One month later I still have not yet received all my goods. I wish I had read these reports, but 2lftfeet seemed to be just another internet company...Seems I lost well over 200 quid, they charged my credit card right after ordering and haven't dispatched goods yet, so I cancelled the order. Shocking customer service.
I ordered a baby seat for my car. The company gave no indication that it wasn't in stock when I ordered - only a misleading "will dispatch in two days" message.
Over a week later and I hadn't heard a thing from them - not even an "out of stock" notification.
