    Never trust Twoleftfeet!!!
    The biggest mistake I ever made by using internet to buy something was with Twoleftfeet.
    I was looking for a pushchair for my upcoming baby and I found a very interresting offer made by Twoleftfeet... I order my pushchair the 22nd of february.     After placing an order in January with 14 day delivery, waiting until 11th March before cancelling and still not receiving a refund (even though they quote distance selling regulations and 30 day maximum wait before refunding) I would not buy from this site ever again.     hi after reading poor reviews have to say i was more than happy with them bought a 3d silver cross travel system, not only was it cheaper than anywhere else but was impressed with service. although stock came in later that they said, i was emailed to say the del date would be later. it only actually ended up being two day late.     I ordered a car seat which showed as 'in stock' on there website .. therefore should have been delivered within 3-5 days but after 2 weeks had still not received the item. I phoned up to find out the where abouts of the car seat and they informed me it had already been delivered .. turns out they had made a mistake and said the car seat wasn't in stock, i received it 2 days later.     I ordered about 15 items for our baby due in march, which was ordered in february. most items arrived within the week and received an email detailing what they sent and what was still to come, for which remainder arrived during the following week.

    Don’t place that order! You will regret it! I ordered a car seat advertised on their site as ‘in stock’ and ‘7-10 days delivery’ – they took my money within 72hours and do not have it in stock and cannot get it either. I’m still waiting for a refund – they will make you wait exactly 30 days from your cancellation – and will only inform you the items are unavailable on the 30th day since the order...     Promised delivery of Dreami Buzz within 5 days from placing order. I had to chase this order for 1 month before I received my item.

    They do not respond to emails and the telephone number rings for 20 minutes before anyone answers.

    They have very poor administration and customer service. This is a business that is not serving customers needs and makes promised it cannot deliver on.
