    Order items "in stock" according to the website only to be kept waiting for ages with no goods. I chased by email and waited ages for a reply before being told they were out of stock and didn't expect any in for an other few weeks.     Have always found Amazon very quick and effecient. Recently had to have a refund as I had ordered the wrong item and it was credited to my account within a few days.

    other than the third party delivery agent parking outside my house and not finding it causing me to collect it the next evening at 9pm all has been great.
    Amazon refunded me the £14odd delivery charge BEFORE even taking the moneys for the Tomtom.
    i have never had a gripe with them or their prices as sometimes a higher price SHOULD be paid for a superior service.
