This merchant accepted the order but

This merchant accepted the order but neglected to tell me about known problems with the supply of the item ordered.
I am now asking Ligo Electronics to accept my order cancellation as I can obtain the item elsewhere ex stock.
Ligo Electronics to date have not reponded to the cancellation request (by emails). They cannot be reached via phone on the number given on their web site. Read Full Review »

we selected our phone on line, ordered it and waited. The delivery was excellent, the phone has,although early days, performed well, although again we have not yet used all of its functions.
