after buyin a bed from topsleep it arrived with no feet, wrong slats,no screws. after ringing up and getting the feet 3 weeks later they still havent sorted out the slats. 45 days of me sleeping on the floor. i also got a sarcastic email from the MD telling me that with all the spare parts i could build a 2nd bed. they are rude unhelpful and wont talk to you on the phone and want it all done by em... Order made via the website, and placed a call in previous week to confirm that the bed chosen was entirely in chrome, was confirmed. Bed was ready to be delivered I had to take the day off as no time slot could be given. On the day received call as was an issue, part of the delivery was missing and I would receive extra box for another customer. Missing part was delivered to my work following day,...
