I ordered my bike from Discount Bicycles on line and thought it seemed a good site. Nearly 14 days later the bike arrived, this bike was bought as a birthday present and when it finally arrived it was too late - their site claims to have it delivered within 7 days, this did not happen and therefore my order was cancelled before it was dispatched, they had also taken the money. I used this company a few years ago with satisfaction, so ordered a 20" 2007 bike via website 2 days ago. Before ordering I phoned to check availability & was told specific model not in stock, but as it still showed on web they'd honour order with 2008 model.

I also said I wanted to pick up bike myself & arranged pick-up for today at 1pm.

Paid extra to get order expedited - you have to phone up to do this - and it arrived 4 whole days later. Worse, the product was not as described. On the website it says the seat can take up to 22 kgs of child. On the box it clearly says only 15kgs. You will be tempted by the low prices

You will be tempted by the low prices and free delivery, but don't be tricked by this store. First case, I ordered a nice new bike. I was very impressed with delivery time, although I recieved no dispatch confirmation. Within a matter of days though, parts broke. And obviously they blamed me.
