Hi Ladies and Gents!

We've recently bought a bed (and mattress) from these guys and we're over the moon with it!

The bed was ordered Monday just after noon and was delivered just before 11am the next day, spot on guys!

I was very skeptical about ordering because they are so large and heavy, its quite hard to imagine how bedworld can afford to deliver these things within 24 hours totally... Read Full Review »

Just a quick note to let you know how I am getting on with the memory foam mattress I ordered from Bed world. In my case it has definitely been a worthwhile investment as I now get a more comfortable night's sleep and don't wake up with the early morning stiffness that is so familiar to arthritis sufferers. Terrible service! Don't trust the delivery timescales given!

Like others my experience is bad.
Bed ordered early march. Delivery PROMISED end of march Delayed several times - promise now END of JULY!

I ordered a bed and was told it would be 10-14 days delivery. I received an e-mail confirming the bed was in stock and I would be contacted to arrange delivery. The delivery has now been cancelled TWICE as the bed has not been received from the manufacturer! Bedworld have now had my money for 5 weeks and I still do not have my bed. At the beginning of November I ordered a bed from yourselves, and was told it would be about 2 -3 weeks delivery. Exactly three weeks to the day I was contacted and told my bed was in stock and that the hauliers would contact me with a delivery date. I ordered a bed from Bedworld.net and it was delivered very quickly.I stored the boxes safely whilst decorating. However, despite the packaging looking alright, EVERY SINGLE panel on the bed was damaged.
