Very impressed with there service and the ease of ordering items from there web page, item was well packaged and I would shop from them again. I have not had any problems with Pixmania and therefore cannot comment on there Customer Care, but they kept me informed of my order until it was despatched and when to expect delivery. Excellent. They had the goods I wanted in stock, at a good price and managed to deliver very quickly, with good communication all through the process.

I rate you as poor. The modem delivered is a Dutch, French, Spanish version. This means that amoughts other things it has a French DC power setup. The manual is a cut down version because it it is intended for 20 nations, e.g Russian. I am in the UK. It was sent from Coventry. Why was the modem not a UK version ?? Second time this has happened. The article arrived a little bit later than I thought given that I chose one-day UPS delivery, but it left the depot only two days after ordering. I then received marketing messages that I had opted out of and when I wanted to unsubscribe from them I got an error message. don like this behaviour, but otherwise ok. Read Full Review »

Camera was advertised having 4GB internal memory which is
incorrect it had 16mb and when I asked the custmer care to find out they told me to call the sony directly rather than
sorting it out themselves. Customer care is 0.
