    Good looking website. Rubbish delivery. Order flowers for my anniversary, flowers did not arrive. All they quote at you is a number of disclaimers they use. I was told I should have ordered them a day earlier than I wanted! Great idea, flowers before the special day! My advice is to stay clear of them and use a local shop instead. Read Full Review »

    Please do not be taken in by the "big flower company website look". 100% satisfaction guarantee was just a gimmick call.

  4. Awful service. Non delivery of flowers

    Awful service. Non delivery of flowers (for a funeral).
    Refunded money- but they refused outright when asked if it was possible to provide some form of compensation- I suggested they could send a bunch of flowers- (easy as it is their business after all!) to the bereaved family or make a contribution to charity as a form of apology. Very quick to respond with a 'no'!

    I sent flowers from here in the US to my Mum in the UK. She was delighted with the flowers, which were exactly what I ordered, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process!

    I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. The flowers were never delivered - but the money was taken from my bank account. I did finally receive an apology and hope to get my money back.
