    I have been shopping with Play for years, mostlyfor books and DVDs. I have rarely had a problem, but even when I have they dealt with it quickly and efficiently.     This book is the best book i have ever read. From a english literature student's piont of view the book is extremely well written (better than is review, lol) and makes it extremely intresting to analyse if you so wish.

    Only bought DVDs and books and and didn't have any problems. Except in one case where I didn't receive the DVD ordered after 10 days. I contacted Customer Service and they sent another copy free of charge which I received within 2 working days. Read Full Review »

    I ordered a book on play.com as it was meant to be a quick efficient service. I had an email stating the book was sent out the day after I ordered it but over 10 days after placing the order and after play.com took the money from my account I still have not received it.
