    Looked liked product was in stock on website, but actually wasn t. Didn t get told. Order was left in limbo. Emailed to check progress and got no reply. Couldn t get through on web advertised phone number. When I did get through, they told me my product was out of stock. I cancelled my order immediately. Poor service from the start.     The price was competive and was processed quickly and delivered within three days but the product is faulty [some LCD s not working resulting in line across screen] and this merchant has failed to replace this product within six weeks of purchase.

It says delivery within 3-5 working days and after me phoning on numerous occasions and speaking to various managers after more than 3 weeks I could still not get a straight answer of when I would be receiving my goods so therefore canceled my order.     i re applied finance and this time got refused and i cant force matters, all i will do is mybe buy one iten after another and thats all. Secondly is that i applied finace just a week before reapplying and i was given a credit.     Online site said in stock. However, after 1 week, an e-mail response said merchandise awaited from suppliers. Telephone call after a further week indicated another 2 weeks before possible delivery. This is an unacceptable delay. The order was cancelled. I hope that the promised refund is not also delayed!
