CheapSmells.com was launched in 2004 with the aim of being the best value destination for designer fragrances, makeup, skin and hair care products. All of our products are 100% genuine, boxed and as you would find them in the High Street - we do not sell testers or unboxed products. We only list products that we have stock, usually over 2,500 and all of our orders are dispatched within one working day. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 until 1700 and we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt.     I am a little concerned that this is not a real website/company - since purchasing my goods and having the money deducted from my account, I have not been able to access the website, or contact them on their contact details.
