recently purchased what I perceive as an expensive bike online £400+
It was said to be in stock on line but I had to phone them to find out that the product was out of stock ! I had done lots of research into the product that I had chosen and was not happy that I had to choose another product. I ordered a pair of mtb shoes from their

I ordered a pair of mtb shoes from their online store at a very competitive price, having been given good advice in one of the stores in London. Evans cycles then proceeded to send my shoes to the wrong address and when i rang them up about it they left me on hold without muting the phone call so i could hear my customer services advisor being told by his manager to lie to me about how and why the...
