    Order arrived in 2 days, other retailers quoted 1 week, not helpful when your fridge freezer has broken down and you need new one urgently. I also saved over £100 on shop price of the fridge freezer I purchased. I was contacted by email and on the evening before delivery, by phone and given a time slot.     I got ta total of hree e-mails giving details of my purchase, with adate for delivery, and indicating that the carrier would phone me on the evening before the delivery date to arrange for a time to receive the machine.     Ordered monday night, because of availability and a very reasonable price, delivered saturday morning by considerate driver and his daughter who both knew their stuff.
