    I received excellent customer service from Vizik combined with solid technical expertise. I worked with the same sales rep (Mary) over several days to refine the specs for the item I wanted, and the rep was able to work out a custom package deal for me at a very good price that I would not have been able to obtain by just ordering on-line.     I'm afraid my experience has been rather poor.
    I ordered a Vaio AR which was supposed to come with extras selected at time of order. The order process went well and questions were answered quickly and accurately.
