I wish I had read all the awfull reviews on Tool-Net before I purchased
I have been waiting now for a month for delivery of a Bosch Lawn edger The two calls I made to them they told me they would get delivery next week then again next week.( Incidentally they took my Money straight away)
Have tried to phone them again this morning by no reply
Would advise not to use them as a very poor Company

Just adding my voice to the chorus! I placed my order for a sander in April. No delivery. Emailed - no response. Telephoned - no answer first time, then I'm told that I ordered the 110v version, which is out of stock. My invoice has it as 240v. Am told that will be changed and sent immediately. Nothing. I only wish I had read all the customer reviews before I placed my on-line order for brick patio cleaner. The so-called company trading as TOOL-Net promised to deliver within 3-5 days (Monday-Friday), but so far 19 days have elapsed and no delivery has taken place. Please take note, this web site should be avoided at all cost. I can fully concur with all the other reviews that this company does not deserve to be in business. I have bought off this company before never had a problem (about 3yrs ago) so thought id try them again. Well i placed my new order on the 14th of March 2008 still waiting on product's as i write this on the 14th of April 2008 sent 2 e-mails no reply, phoned them earlier today spoke to a guy said he was looking into it (aye right!). If i dont hear back from them then am going to cansel order.

Web site info on delivery time was wrong. Follow-up e-mail also gave false information about delivery. Ignored my e-mails. Said they had sent goods but could/would not provide tracking info so I don't believe they actually sent anything. Nothing was delivered. Only threat of legal action eventually (2 months) made them refund.

people like this shouldn't be allowed to trade ( or preferably shouldn'd be allowed to breath!). They sent me about 5% of my order about a two weeks late, over a month later nothing else has turned up. I have tried to contact them endlessly. They won't pick up the phone or answer e-mails. Never use this company. Waited 4 weeks for a Dremel 400, not arrived, not in stock when ordered & not in stock since. They took the money from my card as soon as I placed my order even though they admitted they did not have the item in stock. Obviously they only order the item when you place an order with them.
