Found item on the Superfi website with £100 discount. I wondered if it might be one of those cases of displaying the item in stock but not actually having any ! I placed the order and next day received an e-mail to say the stock had been allocated. The day after I received the item, less than48 hours after placing my order. Unfortunately the only good thing is the ease of ordering. Various promises are made on their website about the timing of dispatching/delivery items and contacting you if they are unable to meet those timescales - these promises would appear to be hollow, further there is no response to emails sent. Nice site. Easy to find what you want, with good prices.

The delivery time is very poor though, on average it takes 2-3 days to take payment and the goods often take 5-6 working days. Why delivery cannot be within 48 hours if the item is in stock is beyond me??? Customer services are not the best either, I didn't have a reply to any e-mail I sent to them.

The ease of ordering and quick delivery belie the fact that this company does not reply to emails. The goods i ordered were faulty, so i emailed them to let them know and request a replacement. I have to date tried to contact them through various email addresses and forms on their website, but have received no reply. I am now very cross with them and simply want a refund.
