    Ordered Nokia 6300 on Orange Dolphin contract for £35 a month + free 32" HD LCD TV. Ordered online on the Tuesday, phone came Wednesday. I sent off voucher to claim free gift on Thursday by recorded delivery, email received on Tuesday to say that gift had been dispatched for next day delivery. I called help centre to re-arrange delivery for Thursday and they were very helpful.

    Ordering was the same as any other online store, delivery was very quick, it came with all paperwork and instructions to claim my gift too.. i took a while to sort out the paperwork at my end but when i finally sent them the correct info my Wii arrived the following day!! communication was very good, they are helpful on the phone and laura also responded to my Emails within 24hours usually less!! ...     Decent website - easy to navigate. Purchased phone for free gift(yes I know I pay for it through the contract!)! Was suprised and amazed how quickly and easily I got my free gift! Definately will use again - and the free gift is not a gimmick - it really is as easy as the website says. Receive phone - fill in form, include photocopies. Post back. Wait 2 days!     Ordering on-line was good but could be improved as I wasn't actually sure whether my order had completed or not! Not overly impressed with the actual phone, but the package with Vodafone is very good value. My free gift (Wii) arrived very quickly and I'm very impressed with that!
