I would never use the PC-ink website for

I would never use the PC-ink website for ordering again after a recent experience where I returned goods and they completely ignored any requests for a refund. I have still received no reimbursement after three months. It is impossible to contact them by telephone and they will not respond to e-mails. Read Full Review »

Hello

I see this person has left us a form of negative feedback. We have worked out who this order is.

They ordered the incorrect items from us.

This customer damaged one of the items that she ordered and returned it in a state that could not be resold. We refunded the other items in full but we cannot be expected to refund damaged items that are returned as unwanted.

This is listed in our terms and conditions.
