I used Back in Action to buy both Tripp Trapps and later Handy Sitts for my twin girls.

This company really know how to give exceptional customer service. Was able to seek further telephone advice from a member of staff who had expert knowledge of the product, unlike so many other companies who employ disinterested call centres.

Great service and great prices. I ordered a rather expensive mattress online and it was delivered, to my room, within a few days.

GREAT site - best one I found for the Tripp Trapp product. Particularly liked the interactive build your own Tripp Trapp, and the questionnaire at the end was very convenient for me to do in my own time. Were also very impressed with the service. Our Tripp Trapp chair arrived in less than 24 hours. The price promise also lived up to its word. Well done! Read Full Review »
