  2. This firm has a history of not sending

    This firm has a history of not sending out its parcels, whilst cashing the cheques that are sent with the orders. Uopon complaint, it will take approx. 4 months to refund or re-issue the order. For myelf, this has happened three times, for my friends it has happened with similar occurences.

    Either (a) they are not honest; or
    (b) their staffing situation needs an overhaul.

  4. I ordered my product on 12th December

    I ordered my product on 12th December and still to date (16th January) it has not arrived. I emailed them and they replied saying there was a problem but that they had dispatched the item on December 23rd. Still no delivery.... Read Full Review »
