16 weeks, 2 damaged products, 27 emails

16 weeks, 2 damaged products, 27 emails from me to Cotswold co, and still no product.
the customer service is appalling, they do not even seam capable of handling a complaint properly.
I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company. I am even having trouble getting my money back on a £250 product that i still havent got! Perhaps i am jinxed and its just my bad luck, I think not...this trul... Read Full Review »

I was very disappointed with the customer services and after care the company provides. I was charged for the item on placement of the order.I received faulty goods and despite agreement to have a replacement, numerous arrangements for a re-delivery have not materialised. I still have not recievd the item although I was charged for it at least 10 weeks ago, and the item is in stock.

An abysmal performance so far. They don't turn up when they say, they misdeliver goods - wrong item received. They don't live up to their promises about unpacking the furniture - the delivery men could not get out of the house fast enough.

I have had to contact "customer service" four times to check on a promised delivery only to told it was delayed yet again. I won’t be using the Cotswold Company again. They didn’t deliver when they said they would. Then it was impossible to get hold of anyone in either Cotswold or their carriers despite repeated trying for two weeks. Phones were busy and e-mails weren't answered. Firstly, trying to get hold of them takes 15 minutes of holding on the phone before you get to talk to anyone. Then your delivery will be rescheduled at least 4 times and guess what I still don't have my chairs. Don't order anything if you want it delivered...

This company is useless.They are full of empty promises & never return calls. We were told 7 day delivery, then six weeks then 12 weeks. It actually arrived in six weeks after we contacted them. The item was shoddy, badly made & damaged. We spotted over 20 faults. We contacted customer services & they promised to pick up the damaged unit, a replacement, compensation & phone call to confirm.
