Goods supplied from UK supplier in Coventry were for European market with European plug connector - manuals supplied were is various European languages but NOT English. Goods claimed to have 24 month manufacturers warranty on web-site but JVC state there is only 12 months warranty on the product. The after sales service is appalling! I ordered a DVD recorder and was supplied with a manual in Dutch. When I phoned support ( not in the UK) I was told to download it. This manual has 128 pages !! I do not have broadband or a fast printer, so asked if they would print it for me and send it. They refused. I would NEVER use this company again. bought an epson r320, arrived on time - no problems til I looked for the software and manual. The only ones included were in a foreign language. Contacted Komplett who told me to go online and download the driver, also they didn't have a spare manual. As far as service goes I've no real complaints... YET!
I'm in the process of returning a printer to them because the specs on rhe aite were incorrect. A bit of a poor show for a firm who specialise in computer equipmenr and the like.
Since this happened I have looked in several forums and heard of a number of products they list with wrong specs.

Bought printer and USB cable from them. Ordered late Wednesday night, was dispatched Thursday - Komplett give you the Parcelforce tracking number to chase with. Excellent value for money. 10p discrepancy on what was being charged v initial invoice but was explained straightaway. Ordered a projector from Komplett on-line. The product arrived 2 days later - fantastic. I called the company before ordering to ensure the price (seemed too cheap!) and availabilty were as stated and the call was handled promptly and politely.
