    bt mango twin in perfect working condition. box not sealed but no sign of damages. instruction manual also included.
    I had to speak to their customer service (probably the only one man listening to loud music in the background!)and rensponse was quick and polite.

    Goods (cordless phones) arrived promptly.
    One handset was faulty. Customer service hours by phone weren't as advertised on website (9-5), but recorded messages kept you informed of when customer service would be available again, and these messages were reliable.     Very difficult to gel hold of somebody from customer service, phone always engaged, you can't leave a message and if you write an email they take ages to answer. There is not communication between departments, so you end up receiving email that are not updated in relation to your situation..

It is very difficult to get in contact with them, they verify the email just in the evening and the telephone line is always engaged.
