this was the first time i have ordered from this store and will probably be my last.i ordered 3 big items on the 8th of july and had to wait until the 1st of aug was told a time of between 12 and 5pm and they came just as we sat down for dinner at 6.20pm i asked if they could leave all the items in the sitting room i signed for them and put unchecked on the delivery note.the delivery men could'... waited 2 weeks for appliance many phone calls and unanswered e mails later found to be out of stock. On cancelling, refund again took many unanswered e mailsand phone calls to very rude and uninterested customer services before money refunded after 5 weeks. I got a really good price for my fridge and excellent customer service so i thought i would leave this review. Sales staff were really helpful and i got a confirmation by email straight away. 5 days after ordering i got a phonecall to arrange delivery and it was delivered today, 7 days after ordering. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a griddle, promised within 10 working days. We have been given 2 more 'guaranteed' delivery dates but the item never arrived. When we call we wait ages in a queue and then receive no apology or update, just more empty promises. I ordered a sink, tap, hob and cooker hood from Biasco and because they only charge £30 delivery for the whole order i saved quite a bit. Everything arrived together 5 days later and the drivers helped me inspect it before leaving. Very Good. Read Full Review »

I saw Biasco on Kelkoo and gave them a call to see if i could get a better price as i was ordering 6 appliances and they gave me an extra £25 off of the advertised price! Good all round customer service - i ordered online but then got a phonecall the next day to tell me my fridge was out of stock and would be approx 2 weeks. Got an invoice straight after confirming this. 10 days later i got a phonecall to book in delivery and they gave me a couple of options as i would be working.
