    I phoned them to check the availability of a printer, and the lady asked me if I wanted to purchase it over the phone, as I was going to use the website. I went ahead and afterwards I had misgivings because I didn't have an email confirmation like I would have had ordering online.     Received my Samsung laser printer just 27 hours after ordering, at a price well below anybody else's.
    This is "Viking-type" service.

    Easy to use website, excellent prices & important for our small business, items are genuinely in stock & they arrive by next working day.

    We have used PrinterBase several times for laser ink & just bought a printer - another bargain & a happy customer who is pleased to recommend them.

    I needed a printer and was unsure what to buy, I phoned them and they gave great advice - I placed the order over the phone and the printer even arrived the following morning!!

    I will definitley use them again.
