    Ordered an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner. Paid online. Delivery due sometime on Tuesday. Waited in all day. Not delivered. Tried to phone co-op at 6pm. Had to ring on two separate phones and resorted to ringing ordering line because customer services don't answer the phone.     We ordered washing machine online from Coop on the Saturday. Received a text and email on Monday giving delivery slot of 3 hours for Tuesday, and et voila! We are exceptionally impressed as we were fully expecting to wait a week, as we live on a peninsula and can be tricky to get to.     Brilliant service. Although the website looks a bit old-fashioned, it works very well.

    Loads of info about delivery times and options. Confirmation email to say the order had been picked. Mixer ordered at 11am and delivered at 9 the next morning, at a great price. I'll certainly use the Coop again. Read Full Review »

    From placing the order,( excellent customer service dealings as I had a problem with my computor) to being able to have a Saturday delivey at no extra cost. It was very quick and easy to place & receive the order for a Tumble Dryer.The Co-op had provided a 3hr slot for delivery & it was Bank Holiday weekend, but the delivery was earlier than the expected, but fortunately I was home.
