    I ordered the Dermalogica Daily Resurfacer (which I use daily and typically I have run out before HQ Hair could delivery (or get Royal Mail to deliver). HQ state delivery in the UK is within 24-48 hours.... Yeah right, still waiting for my item four days after it was supposedly dispatched, the most annoying things is both the 0870 and 0207 customer service numbers are not working so I can not even...     Can I just say a huge Thank you to HQuk Customer Service? What an example of excellent Customer service.

    A week ago I returned a cream which I became allergic to.

    I knew I was asking a lot from them as I needed a full refund on this product.

    I must say I did not believe that they will do it. Within 24hours after my request I received a full refund.

    i recomend HOOLA, the deep brown tan like color looks almost too good to be true.not only is it solid , has a lush packaging , it is very easy to use and also this bronzer has NO harsh glitter particles thus, leading to a more acheiveable, belivable tan and blends easy, i recommend HOOLA every time .     Waiting nearly 2 months for my order now - have complained over 10 times and no response.
