I am still waiting for my items well over two months after ordering. They have had my money though!!

I keep being promised delivery but nothing arrives.

Staff are almost impossible to get hold of, e-mails are deleted without ever being read, and tele-sales staff aren't interested in (problems with) existing orders; if you are lucky enough to get through to them that is. Service is utterly... Read Full Review »

Ordered Proform 725PR Elliptical Trainer

Ordered Proform 725PR Elliptical Trainer from Glasgow Stockwell St. store. Priced at £299 reduced from £599. Advised of 10 day delivery. On checking delivery, order had been lost. We were told supply would take a further 10 days. A few days later we were advised to take an alternative product which, when reviewed, was of lesser spec. We chose to wait.

I phoned up the Edinburgh branch with

I phoned up the Edinburgh branch with enquiries. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I ordered the ProForm 595 EKG with them as they were one of the cheapest but also came with a 2 year warranty.
