    Ordered Panasonic Plasma TV on 7-10 day delivery.
    It was delivered on day 10 after I received an email the previous day advising that it had been shipped and giving me the courier and a tracking number.
    Good website with order progress updated in my account.

    I placed an order with tribal uk on friday 14th Dec late evening, I had the goods delivered this morning the 19th Dec, delivered free of charge, the goods I bought were an excellent price, I am very happy with my purchase, I would buy from them again.

    Again advertised as in stock but no stock available. No answers to email and if you telephone and your lucky to get into the queue you'll wait an hour to be answered and then fobbed off.

    Tribal have some cheap price but please be warned...
    if your item develops a fault (a TV in my case) you will do well to get a response. In my case they tried to palm me off to the manufacturer- they wouldnt take calls or respond to emails.     I ordered a washing machine and confirmed the colour via email with them as no one was answering the phone. I received my machine within a week, but it was the wrong one. I have tried to call them repeatedly, but no one ever answers the phone nor have they replied to my emails about returning ir exchanging it, so I am having to take this further.     Item not in stock despite website and order notification saying it was. No email to inform me of this. Unable to get through to customer service on the phone.     Availability of stock was shown as 7-10 days on both TribalUk and Hotpoint's site yet, after my money was taken I received a mail to say that both the items I ordered were going to be delayed.     The plus points overide the negative points.Whilst it would appear the company keep limited stock and that they may not be the quickest in answering the phone, they do provide free package & postage and their prices are very good.My Samsung 37" Tv was £ 220 cheaper than the identical TV from my local Comet/Currys Store and still £100+ cheaper than their online stores.I did have to wait 14 day...
