    I searched online for a new washing machine, first time I had done this, especially for a large product. I wanted some advice so I called and spoke to Sally who was very helpful and polite and helped me go through the order process. They were really helpful in helping me pick a washing machine which suited my needs. Once the order was placed it arrived with in 3 days as promised.     I am always a bit wary when it comes to internet shopping but the customer care at Whitebox was outstanding. My washing machine came on time and any concerns I had were put to ease by customer care. The main reason for placing my order with Whitebox was the promise on the website of a Tuesday delivery (when I placed my order the previous Thursday) and the positive reviews on the Kelkoo website regarding the service that previous Whitebox customers had received.     Excellent. By far the cheapest for my washing machine by a long way.
    Payment taken after machine delivered, even follow up call to make sure all is well.
    Delivery was by hotpoint direct, who were awful and inflexible- Mon-Fri only and can only book for the current week, but this was Hotpoint and not Whitebox.
