    I brought all new kitchen appliances from them and from the moment i called they seemed to care about if the appliances were right for me-not just about taking the money. The sales team were fantastic and honest...and the delivery team were with me at 9am and so polite.

    I was so impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of everyone I spoke to, from the first step (the extremely helpful lady in sales) to the last (really pleasant delivery driver).

    Ordered a Hob and Oven, when ordering online the website said they could not deliver to my postcode and should phone up, so I did and it turned out they could deliver to me.

    First of all ordered item 3 weeks ago - rang after two weeks said that order would be with us the following week. We rang Thursday the following week and only then we were told that one of the items wasn't available so they'd the cancelled the delivery of the other items without telling us which left without appliances for our builders to put in place.

We are quite new to on-line ordering and our fridge/freezer was the most expensive item we have ordered, thus we were a bit concerned.
