    Ordered a DVD recorder, which was stated as in stock. Payment was taken from my card for the item. A week later I called to see where my delivery was and was told the item was out of stock and had been discontinued.     I was given a delivery date, took the day off of work and the item failed to be delivered! I was then rang to be told it would be delivered the following day!     Couldn t order by phone but web site ok
    Polite and helpful delivery guy but phoned landline instead of mobile so the poor man had to wait until my sister could get there (half an hour)
