I've bought from this company before and been pleased but even I was sceptical that I'd really get a Wii arrive with a new 5300 the next day.

As it happens I didn't as it was a day late but that eventually turned out to be my fault as I'd mis-typed an account number when ordering!

I ordered an N81 which came on time but faulty have rang twice, once I was told to go to store went to store told have to deal with them direct over the phone rang again was told I would have to pay for postage and packaging and provide proof of postage by faxing it to them, then they would change my handset but would not change the model even though it was faulty!!! The phone arrived faulty, when I contacted mobiles.co.uk, they did not appear to care less, no sorry or anything else. They said that I would have to repackage it and send it back at my own expense and in between I would have no phone.
