Appalling service. Ordered my fridge / freezer, they took £350 from my account immediately but didn't receive my goods for 2 months after several emails & phone calls. Delivery was very difficult to arrange. Outsourced to courier company but didn't have ability to call them to arrange delivery so had to wait a further week until we were contacted by them to take delivery! Read Full Review »

Website said product was in stock, this was not the case they said it was in stock at the suppliers and delivery would be effected in 7/10 days.

Ordered a fujifilm F610 digital camera ( which im delighted with! ) order team were very helpful and very understanding when i explained i was going on holiday within the next 2 days and was hoping to take the camera with me? I was a bit concerned with ordering from Millers Brothers with the recent adverse publicity but having researched on the internet I found that they had only "downsized". I have ordered in the past so I knew that I would receive good service. Despite Miller Brothers recent problems I for one have had no problems with them myself and have always found the service they have provided exceptional. I have brought good from Miller before and after they have gone into Administration and I have always been more than happy with the service I have receieved. Recenlty I have brought new fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, all arrived on time where installed. I was extremley happy with the sales man and the delivery men. Rang the sales line rather than order via the web as I wanted delivery to my work address (everyone hates waiting in for deliveries). The guy I spoke with said we deliver to your area on a Saturday morning, he processed my sale at 1.30pm on Friday afternoon and my delivery arrived as promised Saturday morning!
