    after reading a few negative reviews about this company and in particular the delivery (or lack of it) i was a bit nervous about making an order. However i bit the bullet and bought a laptop which arrived within 2 days.

  2. Ordered a Dell Precision computer, a bit

    Ordered a Dell Precision computer, a bit sceptical as it was over £250 cheaper then the same one from Dell (and with the same warranty), needn't have worried, it was perfect.

    What a joke, I placed an order for a Belkin PureAV Isolator Home Theatre Surge Protector, on Wednesday 3ed.

    Received no email saying my order has been placed, and still not received it, payment taken from my account as well.

  4. I checked availability at a couple of

    I checked availability at a couple of comparison sites - including Kelkoo. Both said "in stock". Price was competitive but not ridiculously low. I ordered. 2 days later my order said "processed". 10 days later I chased to find that the item was not kept "in stock" (Kelkoo etc are wrongly displaying this info) and that availability has stretched to a couple more weeks....     Absolubt nightmare, Initially called me to tell me stock wouldn't be available for a couple of months - then I ring up three months later and they claim to have delievered my item to someone with a different surname a week after I ordered it...

    They offered to refund or reship, I said reship... still no item recieved to this date...
