    Very impressed with this Store. Ordered on-line late on Wedneday and received confirmation straight away. Phoned the next day to check stock.     I ordered the panasonic LZ5 on a thursday before easter and was told it would be with me on Tuesday and even with the easter holidays it arrived on time. Briliant service and the camera is everything i wanted and more. I am really pleased and recommed the camera and the supplier!!

    Very easy to use site, I like the display of available accessories when you look at a particular camera. Transaction was smooth and quick and I had two emails, one to acknowledge the orde and another about 30 minutes later telling me it had shipped.     The whole process couldn't have been easier, I ordered a panasonic digital camera on monday after 2.30pm and it arrived by 2.30pm the following day! after comparing prices it worked out about £30 cheaper than most other stores, excellent. Read Full Review »

    We ordered a camera from bestcameras at 10pm on Wed evening. As we were having it delivered to a business address we were required to send a fax to confirm that address was legit. When we hadn't sent it by 10am Thurs morning they rang us to follow it up.     All in all great service. I phoned my order through as I wanted to make sure it was in stock. They had 2 and I was told one would be with me on Thursday as I had missed the Tuesday deadline.
    It arrived as promised and I am now having great fun changing over from film SLR to digital.

    Item was out of stock when I ordered. That was not indicated at the time of ordering, but in an e-mail received a couple of days later. However, in another couple of days another e-mail arrived informing me that the item had been shipped, and it duly arrived the next day. That's pretty good, though not exceptional, service, IMHO.
