    At first I was a bit wary of the company due to its pretty ropey looking website, but the positive reviews here persuaded me to go with them.

    ordered fridge online waited a week nothing then I had to telephone them to be told the item was discontinued and they were trying to locate one for me. Telephoned me back a couple of days later to say they could not locate this particular item so should they cancel the order. There was no alternative offer I just felt they did not want to know.

After ordering a TV stand which I was informed by the websire would take 2 days, I got a call to say that they had none is tock and would I like to still go ahead (nice touch) however, since then I ve heard nothing and over 2 weeks since I order I ve neither paid for anything or received anything so am getting alittle dissapointed now.
