    Each product I have required needed to be ordered as it was found to be not in stock. Most recently my 9 month old Noklia N73 developed two severe faults and was sent for repair by Carphonewarehouse, but returned 2 weeks later with worse problems than it was returned with.     Problems since Carphone Warehouse took over AOL. First the Nationwide Building Society nonsense - both parties blaming one another for loss of internet banking facilities - and now the fiasco of the current changeover. I have wasted some 12 hours on trying out their experimental solutions.

    I'd received an order confirmation email, and the phone was meant to be delivered the next day but never arrived. Their automated phoneline said my order was being processed, but when I spoke to the callcentre they said that payment hadn't gone through and that someone should have called/emailed me, which they hadn't.     I bought the N95 8GB from Carphone Warehouse over the phone a few months ago, all it took was a quick phone call, because I am already with carphone warehouse and was upgrading.     Fab phone glad I took the trouble to change it from the Nokia 6300 which I was recommended over the phone, hated it on sight so took the whole lot back to the store and exchanged for the 6500 slide, staff really helpful but took ages to do the exchange, I would in future go direct to the store and not order over the internet or phone.     Hi, if your thinking of buying this iphone i would recommend you do so without any hesitance, cuz this phone will make your life revolve around it.
    It's the phone that you would'nt wanna put away even for a second. The iphone is not complete without it's acsessories. The guy's at the carphone warehouse are the bomb, they know what there got.

    Re-Newed phone on o2 contract with no fuss at all. Phone arrived before I expected. Phone is great looking but coming from the Nokia 73, it is a rather more basic in programmes. Phone is sometimes a little slow, takes its time to keep up with message typing. Overall though it is what I wanted, and that was for looks. Read Full Review »

    Ordered phone online, delivered as promised, was unhappy with phone did not realise it was so basic. Returned to store, but sat for one hour while they tried to do a transaction to exchange for a different phone. It is very difficult to return a phone to the store if you purchased it online, so beware! I would buy from store again, but not online as they make it rather diffcult for you to retur...
